Most people don’t realize they’re losing sales because their offers aren’t clear.
Renee Hribar shares the story of a business consultant who struggled to turn conversations into clients—not because she lacked skill or passion, but because her offers were vague. Through Renee’s signature RH3 Closing Method, she learned to articulate specific results, timeframes, and value so potential clients could clearly say “yes.” The shift from inspiration to clear invitation changed everything.
When you simplify your offers and communicate exactly what transformation you provide, you make it easy for clients to buy. Clarity creates confidence—and confident offers create clients.

Through a story because I have had the absolute honor of working with so many. Amazing, cool. I don't know if I can swear on here. I don't know what I'm rated. I think I'm e for everyone or is it e for explicit? Let me know later. Anyways, I'm really excited about today. So this is something that has been coming up so often.
with have. Brilliant brains, [:I'm doing my work on my terms with people that I wanna work with at the praises. I wanna charge with the offers I wanna make. And a lot of the women that I work with have had very serious reasons for doing that. Either they became ill, or a child or someone that they, that they love, that they're becoming a caregiver of, and it's on their choice that they decide to do this.
And these, again, very conscientious, if you're listening to this, you know, you're amongst many conscientious, highly employable, but very discerning women who. Have a, like Liam Neeson says, a particular set of skills, but they're very particular about where they allow those to be shared. So this particular person that I'm going to.
eft her corporate operations [:She was always the first to volunteer to help a friend move or babysit for a neighbor or, you know, drop off that meal. I think you can imagine the kind of person that she was. So, again, I will never call my actual clients details out on the carpet, but this composite is very, it hits home. It's very, very, very.
Real. So she found me after attending a live panel where I was speaking about sales, which is typically what I get called in to talk about. She told me afterward. And this is, again, I'm reading her words here, Renee, you were the only person on that stage who made selling feel doable, not overwhelming. And that's when we hopped on a call.
hat was because she was, you [:She was talking to people. She was having conversations, which if you've been listening to this podcast, you can go back at the episodes. Starting to have the conversation is a big uphill battle for a lot of people. But she was doing that, but the offers she was making weren't clear. People were walking away inspired by her, but they didn't know how to actually work with her.
ut we're talking to somebody [:I. It's almost impossible for them to imagine because they have yet to really begin. And so here's the shift that I want you to hear. Inspiration is not an offer, and this goes on because I, I have been in this marketing world, this online marketing world for a bit of time now, and there's a lot of people out there that will go up there and accept a, you know, a, a big award on stage, and they got there.
u I have struggled with this [:I certainly love this podcast, and I love that I was able to publish a book and share it with the world. And it still has people coming to me and bringing me amazing conversations. But unless I ask questions and figure out quickly what I can help them with, and then make them an offer to help them with that thing, whether it's with me personally or a course I have, or a program I have, whether that invitation is verbally on a Zoom call, or whether that is in dms or whether that's through an email sequence that they have triggered by an automation that I have established.
If I'm not making offers consistently and clearly, then I will be out of business just like everybody else. And that is a fact. And that is an unfortunate fact because people don't buy because they're impressed by you. And this is, again, really hard to. Fathom when you might be listening to this feeling like, I just want someone to listen to me.
just want someone to comment [:And a clear, simple way to say yes. And so when I think about what's next for. You and for me and for the women that are out there living out the age of ai, living through it, we need to come up with clear, concise offers, not just inspirational content. And so I look at a few different conversations that I've lately, and I want you to look at the conversations you've had lately.
get to fix that because the [:She asked a bunch of questions. He said, yeah, I need this. And then she said, okay, I'll send it over. Now. Of course I was like, oh, we should have had it during the call, but that's fine. We didn't. She sent it over. Later she sent me, I said, show me what you sent. And it was just the dollar amounts. I'm like, well, we have to break this down so that that person understands what they're getting and more importantly, they see their goals in it.
as a service provider, as a [:They lead with what they have to do because that's what's important to them, because that's what they have to figure out is, well, what do I have to charge? How much do I have to charge because how many hours am I gonna have to do this? Or how long is this gonna take me? But what we're missing oftentimes in our clear offers and what makes an offer clear, is how much time is it gonna take that person to get this particular result?
So always start with, so in this case it was 30 days and you get these three things, your website up and running, optimized and UX experience tested with these five primary KPIs. Now, why would we say that? Because that's what the customer said he wanted. My client is gonna do that and then probably 10,000 other awesome things for him.
know, during business hours, [:This is designed to create, are what the client said they wanted, and of course, what you know, you can deliver. In a set timeframe, how we'll do it is A, B. C. Valued at, valued, at valued, at total value of X. However, for you, because we've worked together, I'm willing to give this to you for a one-time payment for 30 days of Y.
and clearly say yes, so that [:They understood what they were getting and how they were gonna get it, when it was gonna start, and when it was over, who did what and when. And that is the power of a clear offer, right? I mean, we wanna know, we wanna know if our clients are saying no because of the price or because of the offer contents.
Like, we're not gonna cover what you think. And the only way to do that is to ask them questions and ultimately. Give them what they want or sell them what they want and give them what they need. Right. So the business consultant that I'm framing this around. I was having lots of conversations, but not turning them into clients because her offers weren't clear.
operations so they can have. [:Here's how we can work together. A 90 day consulting package, and then she broke it down. Specifically, we meet once a month. You have Voxer access, you get access to my training vault. And the very next week she went to a networking event and instead of leaving people impressed but confused, she walked away with two people saying, I need that.
Can we talk by the end of the month? She signed both as paying clients. And here's the bigger lesson, right? Like here's the bigger lesson. When you stop hiding behind vague language, and it's not that you intend to be vague, but you're trying to talk about the end result when the person has barely seen the ladder to climb over the mountain to get to the other side.
two examples here. One is a [:The reality is, is that you are not born innately knowing how to create offers. How did I come up with my RH three closing method? Because I didn't close a lot of deals and I was like, what is my dang problem? And I realized it was because I was talking too much. Hello podcaster, and not being clear about what they said they wanted.
Hey, here's what you can get in this much time. Here's the focus of our conversation. Here's the focus of our service. Here's the focus of our consulting. Whatever the go, whatever you're doing for them, here's how long it's gonna take. Here's how it's actually gonna work. Meetings, communication, access to deliverables on.
. She was like, I shared the [:n front of them is, you know,:I understand now why it's that price and it's still a great value. So I really want you to think about and reflect on the question if someone asked you, so how can I work with you? Do you have a clear, confident answer? Now I am all about saying it depends. However, I'm also about asking more questions so that I can come to the point where within five or six sentences back and forth, we can come to the conclusion of, listen.
do have an initial hour long [:They can feel what it feels like to work with you and more than anything else, they can see all that's actually involved in true transformation. And so think about this again, right? Here's your question. Write it down. How can I work with you? That's what I want you to think about answering, because if you can't answer it, clarity is gone.
And clarity creates clients and we want our clients. So I really want you to start off this week and this, this is like, you know, this very exciting beginning of November, we're making things happen. We're looking at the holidays. You know, we've got a real big uphill push, exciting, all kinds of things are happening.
y is made. I can tell you my [:So clarity creates clients. repeat that after me. Repeat after me. And I want you to really think about and and come up with an answer to, Hey, how can I work with you? What do you say next? And if that's a challenge for you, then by all means reach out. I'm not hard to find. I am 100% down to earth.
I will DM and chat and, and hit reply because I am a talker at heart and a connector at heart for sure. Thank you for listening to the podcast. Please share this with someone who you love and help us get this out to more people. My goal is to help women confidently sell their expertise. And I can do that only with your help.
