What if selling your services felt simple, clear, and magnetic?
Renee Hribar shares how one coach transformed her results by shifting focus to a single front window offer—her book anthology project. By leading with her highest-value offer, she filled her program, attracted new coaching clients, and made her content creation effortless.
This story highlights the power of choosing one clear message to lead with instead of overwhelming potential clients with everything you can do. When you focus on one time-bound offer, you create urgency, clarity, and connection that naturally lead to more sales and impact.

And the person listening is saying, well, I don't really need 17 things. What does it look like to say, here's one thing I'm focusing on for this specific timeframe. Now, if you want the case study or the, the example that I gave you, I mean, it really is like a case study. on Monday, go back and listen.
I don't do those things. I'm [:She is a coach and her on her. Quote unquote, front window right now is I help women with their confidence. I help them speak on stages. I help them get their voice heard. I help them finally feel free. I help them release their, no, I help them. And that all these things, there's a lot of things that all sound very similar to be honest in a lot of ways.
And, and, and, and again, contextually they all make perfect sense. And then she said this one thing, Then when we work together, they have the chance to write a chapter in a book that I publish as an anthology. I was like, oh, how often do you do that? She says, twice a year. I said, well, let's lead with that.
ople receive. However, after [:You're welcome. Thanks for coming to my TED talk. I think I said that to her in one of my messages. Oh my goodness. PS Voxer has a 15 minute voice note. I have Pro and it's 15 minutes. Ask me how I know. Okay, so. It's longer than the podcast. She said, she goes, your note to me was longer than your podcast. I was like, well, that feels true.
Okay. So I said, lead with the book. Lead with the book. Let's see what happens. So what she said was this. She goes, alright. And she goes, no, but I don't know if people really wanna write a book. I go, you're doing it twice a year. Are all those results that you listed in your quote unquote front window, all runoff benefits of being a part of this project?
re they, they write the book [:$5,000 per person to be a part of the whole project, and she coaches them through how to come into their own and write this chapter. She works with them on developing the idea, and outlining it, on editing it. I mean, she's all in, like I said, she does it twice a year, so this is about a six month project.
When you sent out for this, she's like, I could only take 20 people per book. I'm like, okay, cool. I'm like, how many people. Like, how many times have you done it total? She's like, well, I haven't done it for years. I go Have there, has there ever been anybody who signed up again, like, for the next book? She goes, yes, A lot of people wanna sign up for the next book.
but I don't always let them because I wanted new people. I go, well, there could be an opportunity there too, to do like an alumni version. And you know, like, I think I opened up her mind a little bit about some other income streams that she could be giving opportunities for to her people and of course to herself.
[:That will also help you do all those other things. But she led with the book, she led with that project, and she's like, I'm, I'm interviewing right now for potential candidates to be a part of this project. I think it was, I don't know. She said drop a gif or DM me. I don't remember. 'cause I, she's, you know, like I wasn't a part of this, part of the process with her and whatever happened, she got more responses than ever.
so. She responded to the [:The people that weren't ready to be a part of the book project. She then went back to, and for the next two weeks in her front window, it was like, listen, let's break those. Barriers down and it's, it's like a light, you know, she's a certified life coach. I don't think I said that, but she is. And so she's like, I do life coaching.
And so she had some private one-on-one life coaching sessions that she was willing and able to offer those people for the next two weeks, whoever was listening, people that had already been connecting with her, she reached out and said, listen, I'm, I'm opening up some rare opportunities for some one-on-one life coaching.
t window marketing about the [:Publicly sharing on a, you know, consistent, I don't know, thematic of basis, that will bring people that are interested in that specific thing closer to me to talk about that thing right now. And then everything else connects. This is the other part of, of, I think, a part of the equation a lot of people sort of miss when they look at their own business.
You know, it's hard 'cause we're the wine in the bottle, which is all of the things you do are connected. Even if you talk about the book in this case, it doesn't take away the fact that you're also a life coach and that you can help them. You can life coach them through helping them create this chapter.
you know, twice a year. It, [:Is it everything? Is it a five and dime and I gotta figure out whether I want the harmonica or the m and ms or, or could you? Are you willing to have one thing in your front window that you talk about all the reasons why this is the thing and you gotta pay attention to the thing? Because if you don't, all these negative things are gonna happen.
an see for them that they'll [:And then you can talk about the other things you do with just as much clarity and consistency as before. And then, and then creating social media content or creating content or creating the reason to reach out is so much easier because it's. Time bound and specific, which leads me back to the follow through thing.
I don't know what to say. I feel like I've said it all. Well hold back on some things in the future. Don't say everything all at once. Say a little bit. See what happens. Come back with something else. Then you're not just the fly on the wall being like, hi, following up. Hi. Popping this to the top of your inbox.
